- The user should be above the age of 18, and a resident of Qatar.
- Purchases must be paid for Cash on delivery. In case of non-payment, ITStore.qa have the right to cancel the order without any communication or liability to the customer.
- If you buy any products and make the payments on our website, the information you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
- The customer needs to provide a valid phone number and delivery address as the same will be used to confirm the order. The order will be cancelled if the information provided is found to be incorrect
- If the call from ITStore.qa goes unanswered by the customer, the order may be cancelled.
- All content of the Site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, is the property and copyright work of either ITStore.qa , its users, its content suppliers or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws, The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all Content on the Site is the exclusive property of ITStore.qa .
- Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of ITStore.qa under this User Agreement or at law or otherwise, ITStore.qa may limit, suspend or withdraw your membership and / or your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this User Agreement.
- Please report problems of any kind or violations of this User Agreement to ITStore.qa . If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please notify ITStore.qa.
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.
